After identifying four on-demand transport use cases that illustrate its vision statement, TML selected two where DRT technology could add the most value. To assist in the decision-making process, TML has developed an overall Investment Plan for the chosen use cases to provide high-level decision-makers with an overview of the feasibility of implementing these solutions. The IP will enable TML to assess whether further analysis and allocation of resources to these solutions is justified.
